Translations

DirectAdmin officially supports only the English language, but it has a built-in translation system to support more languages.

The translations for other languages are provided by the DirectAdmin community using the translate.directadmin.com system. This system allows users to add and update translations for other languages.

Languages covering > 80% of all translation strings are automatically bundled with the new DirectAdmin releases.

If you have a full new language translation file, we can help you import it into the translations system. Please contact us using the forum or open a support ticket.

Translation files

DirectAdmin uses the gettext translation management system.

There are two independent software components, each with its own translation dictionary and translation files:
