Remote dns zone deletion not removing zone fixed

The dns clustering in 1.26.4 is not deleting the dns zones.

The bug was created with the addition of this fix:

change domain name with clustering loop

The issue was that the default setting was that a local machine was a remote clustering server instead of the local machine. Fix involved changing a 1 to a 0.
