ftp_upload uses wrong timeout fixed

Bug with change to use a dynamic timeout based on the size of a tar.gz file.

Caused backup tar.gz files larger than 1 gig to throw an error:

ftp_upload.php exit code: 1

ftp_upload.php output: Could not fdopen: Invalid argument.

ncftpput: cannot open 1.2.3.4: fdopen for writing failed.

ncftpput return code: 1
