Wrong port in new feature fix

Ports were swapped in the templates (internal code error).

After updating, type:

echo "action=rewrite&value=httpd" >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue

if you're using the multi-IP feature on a domain (more than 1 IP on one domain).

The bug was introduced in 1.39.2, so if you're updating from 1.39.1 or older, you won't be affected.
